Writing Circles for those experiencing loss & grief

Journaling to Joy: Finding Peace During Loss

If you're caring for someone with Alzheimer’s, dementia, terminal illness, or another progressive condition, you're already grieving. The confusion, the sadness, the guilt, the exhaustion—they are all part of this complex and quiet heartbreak.

In this supportive group, you’ll be invited to:

  • Share your story and name your reality

  • Explore your emotions without judgment

  • Reconnect with your beliefs and values

  • Practice forgiveness, grace, and emotional boundaries

  • Cultivate self-compassion in the midst of uncertainty

Through writing prompts and reflective exercises, you’ll find space to breathe, to be honest, and to begin healing—even while the story is still unfolding.

Anticipatory grief is real—and worthy of care.

Groups are forming now.

Grief is both a solitary and collective experience.

Whether you are months or years into this journey, this group is a place to pause, process, and begin healing—even while you're still in the middle of it.
