Grief - that dizzying, spinning overwhelm that bubbles up.

An amusement park carousel with blurred motion from spinning, surrounded by a teal fence with an 'Enter' sign.

You work hard to push it away. After all, you are a busy person with a lot (too many?) of responsibilities. There is no time to contemplate the what-ifs, what-thens, or what-nows. But your body knows, eventually the sleepless nights, the anxiety, the sadness, and the unanswered questions begin to take a toll.

You have the strength and the love to continue forward.

Yellow dandelion flowers growing through cracks in a weathered and peeling orange and white wall.

Like the dandelion, you continue in the most unlikely of ways and places, returning day after day, evolving as demands and conditions change.

But without sun and water and nutrients, even the best of flowers wither.

Grief

“Can’t go over it. Can’t go under it.

Gotta go through it.”

I’d like to help.
