NEW: Exploring Grief, Alone & Together

12-week guided journaling and support group for navigating loss

Grief can feel deeply personal—and profoundly lonely. Whether you are grieving the loss of a family member, friend, beloved pet, or a part of yourself, you don’t have to navigate it entirely alone.

Exploring Grief, Alone & Together offers a small, supportive space to make room for your grief, explore what you are experiencing, and connect with others who understand that loss does not follow a timetable or a predictable path.

Using guided expressive-writing practices informed by Expressive Writing: Words That Heal, we will journal together each week and gently reflect on what emerges. Through writing and conversation, we’ll explore the emotions, challenges, insights, and changes that can accompany grief—and discover ways to build understanding, self-compassion, and resilience along the way.

Your writing always remains yours. You will never be required to read or share what you have written. Instead, participants are invited to share reflections, discoveries, questions, or experiences at whatever level feels comfortable. The intention is not to “fix” grief, but to create a place where it can be expressed, witnessed, and explored.

You can grieve in your own way—and still find strength in grieving together.

Journaling to Joy

A guided journaling practice for those experiencing anticipatory grief

Grief doesn’t always begin after a loss.

When someone you love is facing serious illness, decline, or an uncertain future, grief can begin long before you say goodbye. Anticipatory grief is real, and it is worthy of care.

The sadness, fear, guilt, uncertainty, exhaustion—even moments of hope or joy—can exist side by side. Holding all of these emotions while trying to remain present for someone you love can be overwhelming. You deserve a place to care for yourself, too.

Journaling to Joy offers a supportive space to develop a personal writing practice that can help you express what may be difficult to say aloud, make sense of complicated emotions, and create room for greater presence, connection, and well-being.

Through guided journaling and reflection, we’ll explore ways to:

  • Give voice to difficult and conflicting emotions

  • Release some of what you’ve been carrying internally

  • Become more present in the time you have with those you love

  • Recognize and tend to your own needs

  • Make room for moments of meaning, connection, gratitude—and even joy—alongside grief

The goal is not to replace grief with happiness or ask you to “look on the bright side.” Joy and grief can coexist. This practice is about making space for both while helping you navigate this uncertain time with greater awareness, compassion, and resilience.
